FAQ

Billing questions, answered.

What's included in the free plan?

25 monitors at 1-minute intervals, one server, one public status page, and email, Slack, Discord, Teams, Telegram and webhook alerts. No card is required and there is no trial deadline.

What currency are prices in?

We show GBP to UK visitors and USD everywhere else, detected automatically — there's no switcher. Billing is handled by Stripe; you can pay with any major card.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for 12 months up front and the price works out to roughly 10 months — about two months free compared with paying monthly.

Can I scale a plan without upgrading?

Yes. Add-ons cover extra monitors, status pages, seats, subscribers, browser checks and SMS credits, so you can grow one dimension without paying for all of them.

What happens if I go over my browser-run allowance?

Included runs are used first, followed by prepaid credits that roll over. Metered overage is £3 per 1,000 runs, and account owners can set a usage cap.

Do you offer refunds?

Every first purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and billing errors are refunded. Read the full refund policy for the eligibility details.

Full eligibility and exclusions are set out in the Refund Policy.
