Investigating elevated API errors
Our team is investigating failed API requests. The website and dashboard remain available.
One update.
A shared view of the incident.
Attach the monitors for the services customers rely on. Their health drives the page, while incident updates explain what is happening and what your team knows.
Subscribers receive updates as the incident progresses and resolves. Your team has one place to point customers, rather than repeating the same explanation across support conversations.
Follow the status-page setup guide →Choose who sees it. Choose how it looks.
Included on Free
Public
A shareable home for service health, incident updates and subscribers. Select the monitors your customers need to see.
From Pro
Private
Restrict access to approved subscribers. Visitors verify their email address or phone number for a time-limited session.
From Business
Your own domain
Publish at status.yourcompany.com with managed HTTPS. Business also includes white-labelling to remove 247Monitor branding.
White-labelling is also available as a Pro add-on. That add-on removes branding; a custom domain requires Business or above. SMS verification and subscriber updates use SMS credits.
Room for your services and subscribers.

Still deciding?
Your questions, answered.
Is there a free status page?
Yes. Free includes one public status page, 100 subscribers and 25 monitors with 60-second checks. Your status page is driven by the monitors you select. No credit card required.
Can I create a private status page?
Yes, from Pro. Private-page access is tied to approved subscribers who verify their email address or phone number and receive a time-limited session.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom status-page domains are included from Business. Connect a subdomain such as status.yourcompany.com. HTTPS certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically. Apex domains are not supported.
Are white-labelling and custom domains the same feature?
No. White-labelling removes 247Monitor branding and is included from Business or available as a Pro add-on. Custom domains are a separate entitlement included from Business.
How do subscribers receive updates?
Subscribers can receive incident and recovery updates by email or SMS. Subscriber allowances depend on the plan; SMS verification and updates use SMS credits. See pricing for current allowances and add-ons.
